Fort Smith Fights AIDS, Inc.

Fort Smith Fights AIDS, Inc. (FSFA) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides HIV testing and counseling for Western Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma.

Under the name ConsortiaCARE of Arkansas, FSFA contracts with the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) to provide services to those living in Western Arkansas who are infected with HIV.  These services are funded by Part B of the Ryan White CARE Act.  This act provides funding to all 50 states and US protectorates to provide services to those people with HIV Disease who are low-income and/or are uninsured or under-insured.
